The idea behind this page is that you want the reader to do something. Sign up for a newsletter, leave a review, wash your car... It doesn't matter what.
The title got them to click on the page. Now you need to make your pitch. For example, you may offer a free book to anyone who signs up for your newsletter. In that case, you would explain the reward then you describe what they should do to get it.
