Contact

List whatever method that you are comfortable having someone contact you.  This should include a list of your social media platforms.

Some folks list their email address with spaces to make it more difficult for a spam bot to pull it from the web site. Others use an image to display the email address.  And some are quite comfortable just displaying their email address without any effort to obscure it.  Whatever approach you decide, make sure that your reader can understand it.

Example using spaces

some_user AT some_site.com
some_user @ some_site.com

Example using an image

If your site has a contact form in the side bar, be sure to mention that as well.

When listing your social media platforms, be sure to include an image appropriate for the site. Most of us will recognize the iconic Facebook symbol even at a quick glance.

Warning

Please only share the contact information that you are comfortable giving out to strangers.  I recommend having an author email address that is separate from your personal email address. If you wish to list an address use a business address or PO box, not your home address.

The same applies to phone numbers. Don't use your personal number.  If you feel compelled to list a phone number and don't have a business phone, then get a phone number through Google voice.  This will let you get a phone number for free that can be automatically forwarded to your personal number.  To find out more about getting a google voice account got to https://www.google.com/voice and log in with your Google account.
